“I cannot tell you how much I love these people. A few years back we had a problem with our heating/cooling unit. Another well known company first came to our house and diagnosed our unit as "condemned" with a cracked heat exchanger and needed to start pricing a new unit (aka get ready to spend a couple thousand). On the recommendation of a neighbor, they suggested I call their guys- Dave  & John from Full Air to double check. Well, that decision saved us $$$. John came out and then showed us how the screws to the unit were rusty and never even opened by the previous guy!! Upon opening the unit and inspecting it, it revealed that the heat exchanger had already been recently replaced ( previous owners and paperwork then confirmed) and it was in perfect working order. NOT CRACKED. Some mud from a recent storm had splashed up and clogged something. $75 and about 4 years later, still working great. We have them come out twice a year for maintenance and they are always kind, efficient, honest and fairly priced. I have many stories of their honesty and above and beyond service to our family as well as others we've referred. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Don't get scammed elsewhere!!”
